HISTORIC LIMA

  • Plaza San Martín: Inaugurated in 1921, it is one of Lima’s most emblematic public spaces, home to the statue of General José de San Martín, hero of Peru’s independence.
  • Plaza de Armas (Main Square): The place where Francisco Pizarro founded Lima in 1535, the historical and political heart of the city, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
  • Lima Cathedral: Located on the Plaza de Armas, built in 1535 and renovated over the centuries, combining architectural styles such as Renaissance, Baroque, and Neoclassical.
  • San Francisco Convent: One of Lima’s cultural and religious treasures, famous for its catacombs, where the remains of thousands of people rest.
  • Government Palace of Peru: Also known as the Casa de Pizarro, it is the official residence of the President of Peru. Located opposite the Plaza de Armas, it stands out for its majestic Neocolonial architecture.
  • Archbishops’ Palace of Lima: The official residence of the Archbishop of Lima, located next to the Cathedral. Its Neocolonial façade with carved wooden balconies is truly breathtaking.

MAGICAL WATER CIRCUIT

We will also visit the Reserva Park, home to the “Circuito Mágico del Agua” (Magic Water Circuit), the world’s largest fountain complex, certified by the Guinness World Records. Here you will enjoy a wonderful water and light show before returning to your hotel in Miraflores.
